Return Policy
We want you to feel 100% confident in using our services. That is why we offer a 5-days return program. It works in the following way:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for a valid reason, please contact us as soon as you have received the product and apply for a future credit, reshipment or refund.
Future credit – an amount of money that will be added to Your future order. Will be credited from the moment the application is approved.
Reshipment – second time shipping of the previous order or its part to compensate for loss or lack of quality. Will usually take 3-5 business days after Isla Cosmetology approves the application.
Refund – a whole or partial compensation of Your order. May take 5-10 business days for the refund to settle within your bank account after Isla Cosmetology approves Your application.
Isla Cosmetology will come to a decision on an application for return within 5 business days. Isla Cosmetology reserves the right to approve, reject, partially approve or decide the type of return.
No return will be honored if the product(s) has been opened, used or damaged (including damage incurred during transit) back to us unless the product is faulty.
Please note, once you have placed an order and refuse acceptance of delivery of that order from either the local postal office, courier, border control or customs, then no return will be issued as a result of the goods being returned to us.
If you are inquiring about returning a refrigerated product, you must keep the product in the refrigerator, or freezer if applicable, until we review your request. If and when we authorize a return, you must ship the product back in similar packaging to what it was delivered in. This may include a styrofoam box containing ice packs and placed inside another cardboard box.
